After accepting an offer, you will join a supportive onboarding process to ensure your first three months at the company are seamless, insightful, and convenient. We have detailed the onboarding experience—from signing the contract through your first three months— in Joining our InferTeam.

Development budget

We encourage self-development at Infermedica. Every team member is given a development budget to support their growth. The development budget can be used for training, conferences, books, or any other opportunity that advances your career goals. This budget is not limited to enhancing your core hard skills but also includes activities that support your soft skills or language proficiency. Additionally, you have 24 development hours to conduct your training activities, these are hours that you can take to complete development activities within your normal working schedule. With full support from Infermedica, you can craft your career path to success!

Thanks to the development budget, I was able to attend the EuroPython2024 conference. It was inspiring to see and meet Python enthusiasts from all over the world. During these few days, I attended talks about new tools and libraries, and different approaches to architecture and testing. I also reflected on the future of the Python language, technical roles in companies in general, and my own development as a developer. I am confident that the experience I have gained will have a positive impact on my future activities.

Regular 1-to-1 meetings

Our employees regularly have 1-to-1 meetings with their leaders or managers. These sessions are designed to address current needs, answer any questions, and support a culture of transparent communication and mutual support. By maintaining this open line of dialogue, we ensure that each team member feels heard and valued. These meetings also provide an opportunity for managers to offer personalized guidance and resources, helping employees navigate their career paths and overcome any challenges they may face.

Employee engagement activities

Oh yes! We know how to party! We also know how to support local communities and how to have fun during team-building activities. If you are not following us on social media channels, you should definitely get involved on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

We believe that building and maintaining good relationships with teammates creates a positive atmosphere at work. That’s why each team has its own team-building budget to use for integration activities after hours. We appreciate the time spent together, especially in light of remote work. The variety of activities is vast—from outdoor adventures to logical puzzles like escape rooms, and team games such as paintball. There’s no one way to have fun together.
