Acceptance Test Cases
At the very heart of the Infermedica platform lies a vast, constantly growing database of clinical cases. We validate them with complete rigor to ensure our engine’s accuracy. As transparency is one of our core values, we present a list of sample test cases and their results.

Testing process
Infermedica’s diagnostic engine is tested by carrying out assessments on thousands of well documented clinical cases. How does it work? We send requests to our API and receive the results, which you can see on the selected test cases list below. The accuracy is confirmed when the diagnostic engine ranks the condition within the top 3 or top 5 positions—depending on the complexity of the case—of the differential diagnosis ranking.
