Infermedica and LiveChat joined forces to create a chatbot to help in the fight against COVID-19. Patients can now use this tool to quickly and accurately self-evaluate their risk of infection of the virus and navigate them to an appropriate venue for care.

About the solution

The chatbot is based on our COVID-19 Risk Assessment tool that attracted the attention of LiveChat, a customer service company offering software solutions for business communications. Together with their ChatBot team, we created a conversation scenario within their ChatBot platform, an all-in-one platform that creates, deploys, and tracks chatbots across channels.

COVID-19 Risk Assessment ChatBot is a ready-to-use template that can be integrated into any website as a chat widget. At the same time, it can be used with Messenger on a Facebook profile. The chatbot is equipped with a symptoms checker feature, which, by asking users a series of questions, quickly analyzes their symptoms and determines whether they are in a risk group.
