Your Impact

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take Infermedica into new product territory - building voice and text conversational experiences that bring our AI triage to patients in new ways.

This is a B2B2C role. On one side: the APIs, agent-to-agent integrations, and platform layer that customers and partners depend on. On the other: the patient-facing triage experiences those integrations ultimately deliver. You'll own both.

You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, medical, and GTM teams to define what gets built and ensure it delivers real value on both sides of that equation.

Success in this role means:

  • Customers and partners adopt and expand their usage of the product because it solves real workflow needs

  • Patient-facing experiences are accurate, safe, and genuinely helpful at critical moments in a care journey

  • Product decisions are well-framed, evidence-based, and made with speed while following appropriate rules given the regulated environment

  • The roadmap is understood, trusted, and acted on across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams

This is a high-ownership IC role reporting directly to the VP of Product. It requires comfort operating across technical depth, clinical nuance, and commercial complexity - often at the same time.

Compensation: we offer a reference salary range of €6,000 – €8,500 gross per month. As we hire across Europe, final compensation will be tailored to the candidate’s location, selected type of contract, experience level, and local market salary benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the conversational product roadmap - define what gets built, when, and why across voice and text triage experiences, the underlying APIs, and the agent-to-agent integrations that customers and partners depend on. Translate business strategy and customer insights into a roadmap that engineering, medical, and commercial teams can commit to.

  • Drive continuous product discovery - run structured discovery across enterprise customers, integration partners, and patient users. Frame the right problems clearly before moving to solutions, and validate assumptions quickly before committing to build.

  • Shape and evaluate AI-powered features - work alongside data scientists, research engineers, and the medical team to identify where AI adds genuine value, define success criteria for the product performance, and translate AI capabilities into experiences that are safe, accurate, and useful in a clinical context.

  • Lead cross-functional delivery across voice and text - collaborate daily with engineering, design, medical, and QA to scope and ship conversational experiences with a healthy cadence. Ensure that the constraints of voice and text are understood and planned for across the team.

  • Partner with customers and GTM to land new integrations - work with sales, implementation, and partners to bring Conversational Triage to new channels - phone, chat, virtual assistants - ensuring integrations are well-documented, adoption is tracked, and feedback loops back into the roadmap.

  • Define and track impact across modalities - establish success metrics that reflect the distinct nature of conversational triage and use them to prioritise improvements across voice and text experiences.

Role requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least some of it in a B2B or B2B2C context - ideally delivering API-based or platform products used by enterprise customers

  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI products - including LLM-based systems - with fluency to discuss model trade-offs, evaluation, and where AI reliably falls short

  • Track record of working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry - healthcare, healthtech, fintech, or similar - and understanding how that shapes what you can build and how fast

  • Ability to independently frame complex customer problems using a mix of qualitative research, data, and direct customer conversations

  • Experience collaborating closely with clinical, scientific, or domain-expert stakeholders - not just engineering and design

  • Strong roadmap ownership: able to define and defend prioritisation decisions across competing stakeholder needs and communicate them in a way that generates alignment

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces where the right solution isn't obvious and fast learning matters more than a perfect plan

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical, clinical, and business audiences

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare regulations (MDR/SaMD)

  • Experience building or managing developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, documentation, integration tooling)

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product work

  • Background in patient engagement, digital health, or primary care workflows
