It depends on the role. You should expect at least three recruitment steps. Our recruitment process usually consists of an initial call with a recruiter, a take-home task (depending on the role), a team interview, and a C-level interview. We do our best to make this smooth and fast. Each recruitment process is different; however, our Talent Acquisition team will keep you posted with a planned schedule of the next steps throughout the whole recruitment process. Sometimes before making a final decision, we ask you to provide us with reference contacts. Reference sessions are conversations with your colleagues or direct reports from previous workplaces.
