Your Impact
As a Data Analyst, you’ll do more than just data analysis - you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Infermedica. Our mission is to support the data-driven decision process across the entire organization.
Your impact will grow as you become a "full-stack analyst", eventually taking ownership of the entire data journey: from gathering requirements and designing ELT workflows to delivering final visualizations. You will have a real influence on building our product analytics within a mature, well-documented, and version-controlled environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct the full data analysis process, from initial planning and SQL coding to final delivery

Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders, including Product Managers and customer-facing roles

Develop, maintain, and optimize ELT processes within our data warehouse

Deliver intuitive dashboards and analyses that help users get the most out of our tools

Perform ad-hoc analyses to extract actionable insights from our database using SQL queries
Role requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, or Business Intelligence
-
Working knowledge of SQL with experience in modern cloud data warehouses (we work with BigQuery)

Ability to conduct the full analysis process: gathering requirements, data analysis, visualization, and presenting results

Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or other

Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial thinking

Willingness to learn, explore, and introduce new tools and approaches

Comfortable using English for both written and spoken communication
- Comfortable using Polish for both written and spoken communication

Adaptable to fast-paced environments and ready to take ownership of tasks
Nice to have

Familiarity with Dataform or dbt for data modeling

Familiarity with Git-based platforms (e.g. GitLab) for version control

Knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. Python)

Background in a quantitative field such as data science, economic analytics, econometrics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
How do we work
You’ll join a team of 2: Sabina Gołąb, Senior Data Analyst, and Aleksandra Suwińska, Head of Business Intelligence. We operate as "full-stack analysts", meaning we handle the entire data journey from warehouse development to final insights.
