Your role

This role combines key organizational responsibilities in the area of office management, event planning, and executive assistance. As the Office Manager at Infermedica, you will have the following responsibilities:

Finance

  • Making payments
  • Invoicing
  • Collecting invoices and receipts

Office management

  • Taking care of office supplies
  • Handling traditional mail
  • Organizing guests’ visits
  • Organizing company’s events

Executive assistance

  • Scheduling calls and meetings
  • Business travel planning
  • Online research
  • Providing a daily-basis support to the management team

Business

  • Communication with company’s partners
  • Taking part in management of internal projects

Requirements and skills

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent writing skills, especially clean and professional e-mail writing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Extremely well-organized with meticulous attention to detail

It would be even better if you have:

  • Interest in project management and startups
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or an office manager
