Your role

As the Head of Sales, you will be a key driver of revenue growth for the company. You will increase Infermedica’s sales pipeline and introduce our growing product portfolio to global healthcare and insurance companies. You will build, lead and scale a best-in-class international sales team. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage the internal sales process
  • Build and coach a high-performance sales team
  • Conduct sales demos, especially for large enterprise clients
  • Be responsible for new client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales
  • Help define the key value propositions and improve the sales pitch
  • Develop business relationships and represent Infermedica at trade shows and events
  • Partner with executives to set the long-term vision and strategy
  • Have the opportunity to work directly with the product, marketing, and legal teams to uncover key areas for improvement

This role involves some travel.

Your skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales
  • Experience building and scaling international sales teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Native English proficiency
  • A deep passion for technical sales and solving primary care problems


  • Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare startup
