Job description

Together with us, physicians, Infermedica proudly develop a smart technology that makes it easier to guide patients to the right care. As physicians, we undoubtedly have a significant impact on people's health. We devote a proper amount of time to each patient’s problem we are dealing with every day. But what if we could affect people's health on a larger scale? Every year here at Infermedica, we listen to millions of patients globally through our AI-based product. One of our company’s essential segments, Medical Content, expands and ensures our medical knowledge base’s quality. This process’s core is extracting the most accurate, up-to-date knowledge from recognized scientific papers and research. We are looking for a dedicated Medical Doctor who’ll quickly become one of our top experts in medical content creation and evaluation. You would join our Medical Content Team and work directly with other Medical Content Editors to push the quality of results to the limits. 

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and adding symptoms, risk factors, diseases to the company medical database.
  • Testing diseases and simulating real patients in dedicated tools.
  • Searching and adding sources to existing content.
  • Peer-reviewing of concepts created by other doctors.
  • Problem-solving, discussions on medical channels.
  • Contact with external clients.
  • Requirements

  • Commenced specialization in pediatrics or in related fields of medicine.
  • Knowledge of English on at least B2 level (medical vocabulary).
  • Ability to work at least 100 hours a month - we work remotely now, but it would be great to see you in Wrocław from time to time.
  • Business orientation.
  • Proficiency and ease in operating computer programs and applications.
  • Willingness to become an expert in searching, selecting, and analyzing scientific sources.
  • Good understanding of basic statistical and epidemiological concepts.
