Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and versatile people to join our German commercial team and support our planned growth in Germans, Austria and Switzerland. If you are interested in digital healthcare and want to work in a cutting-edge company that changes patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you. As a Marketing & Sales Consultant DACH, you will play a decisive role in the strategic development of business relationships and partnerships that will contribute to growing our business in the DACH area and beyond.


Responsibilities

  • Organizational and business support of the division manager.
  • Interface between the Marketing & Sales departments (Germany-Poland-US).
  • Preparation of appointments with a strategic and operational focus.
  • Development and implementation of the brand and communication strategy.
  • Creation, development and coordination of all communication activities (e.g. Print, social media, online content, customer correspondence, press releases)
  • Developing and nurturing contacts to expand the network.
  • Support of the sales department in communication activities.
  • Preparation and representing the company at fairs and conferences.
  • Collaboration with other teams, including Design, Product, and Sales.

  • Requirements

  • Marketing or consulting experience preferably in the healthcare market or at a digital company.
  • Very good organizational and professional communication skills.
  • Good or very good experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with storytelling, content creating.
  • Native German language skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including for meetings with executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and self-discipline.
  • This role includes some travel.

  • Beneficial skills

  • Very good knowledge of the German health care system.
  • Degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Experience working with healthcare clients such as health insurance companies, clinics, hospital chains, providers, insurers, pharma companies and governments.
  • Experience creating sales pitch decks.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare news, trends, and regulations.
