Job description

The explosive growth of our company has opened up a unique job opportunity for Business Controller. We are looking for a candidate with firm experience in financial/business controlling seasoned with a strong analytical, communicational, and business-oriented mindset. You will oversee the business and financial operations of Infermedica performing financial analysis, developing financial planning processes, and designing and implementing overall business plans. This position reports directly to our Group CFO.


  • Preparing annual budgets, long-term business models, and monitoring execution.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for financial investors. 
  • Supporting accounting team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ownership of the company dashboards with technical support from the Business Intelligence team.
  • Analyzing and identifying the main business drivers impacting performance vs. forecasts to enable strategic decision-making and development.
  • Proactive participation in the development and improvement of financial and business processes.
  • Requirements

  • It’s great if you hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field of education.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of financial or business controlling, corporate finance, financial audit, or consulting.
  • You should be able to demonstrate experience in annual budgets and long-term business models preparation.
  • Experience in the FP&A field (especially related to marketing and sales activities).
  • You should be very good friends with MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets :)
  • To succeed in this position you need to be solution-oriented and a strategic thinker that curiously and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage data (a hands-on approach to work is very important).
  • For this position, we need you to be fluent in both Polish and English.
  • Beneficial skills

  • Experience in working with Tableau or other data visualization software.
  • Basic experience in working with HubSpot or other CRM.
