Job description

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our Growth Team. Reporting to the Growth Lead and collaborating with our in-house marketing and sales teams and external outbound agency, the ABM Manager will help in the development, execution, measurement and optimization of our ABM campaigns, programs, and communications. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with ABM marketing experience, and they are passionate about driving lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve marketing and sales goals
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations), and project managing execution
  • Work closely with marketing automation specialist, SDRs, external Outbound agency, and Sales team to nurture leads, gain insights and close the loop
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Run experiments to test out different messaging, value propositions, and target groups
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward the goal to stakeholders
  • Improve lead scoring based on the insights and iterate on it, together with the marketing team
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience developing and executing Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns, and 4 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Experience marketing or selling to B2B enterprise customers in the US
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth
  • Deep understanding of Marketing-Sales funnel and SDR processes
  • Experience with ABM and CRM/Marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
