Job description

QAs at Infermedica work as part of our Agile teams, to ensure the quality of our products - both those we provide for our customers and internal tools for managing medical knowledge. We are looking for an Intern Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen our local team of testers in Wrocław. If you’d like to have a hand in ensuring the quality of our products, we’d love to hear from you. As an Intern Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work in the Kanban team, customizing our products for our clients. You will be responsible for all the features testing processes, from static testing to signing them off before deployment to production environments. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and acquire new knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking and excellent perception skills.
  • Ability to see patterns and find dependencies between functionalities in complex applications.
  • Ability to define the required scope of testing and adequate test cases.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where deadlines and priorities are changing.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Communicative English and Polish – written and spoken.
  • It would be even better if you have

  • Experience in mobile testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, and Postman tools.

  • A short call with selected candidates. It would take about 30-40 minutes.
  • Next, a technical interview with the Chief Quality Assurance is planned (to better understand your experience, expectations, and motivation). This would be done remotely and could take about 1-2 hours in total.
