Job description

Do you want to learn fast and start a career in digital health sales that can positively impact the lives of millions of people around the world? The Sales Development Representative will focus on customer acquisition while gaining valuable experience and training to elevate a career in digital health. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. The SDR provides support to the Infermedica sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken specialist who is eager to generate qualified meetings and accelerate a healthcare technology career.

Requirements

  • Is excited about our mission of improving primary care for every patient on the Planet
  • Has 1+ years of sales or business development preferably at a digital health company (telemedicine, EHR, CRM, etc.) or is extremely motivated to kickstart a career in digital health
  • Has willingness to understand complex technical solutions (AI-based)
  • Has willingness to understand the complex healthcare industry
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including for meetings with executives and stakeholders
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Is efficient and willing to deliver measurable results
  • Is able to work independently and self-discipline
  • Is located in the United States
  • Is open to travel

  • Some additional skills that would help

  • Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business or a related field
  • Experience working with healthcare clients such as clinics, hospital systems, providers, insurers, pharma companies, and governments
