Job description
We are a team of software engineers, data scientists, and researchers who build the inference engine. The heart of our technology is a powerful set of algorithms for preliminary diagnosis and triage. Backed by statistical models and machine learning, the inference engine allows patients to assess their symptoms and provides them with information on possible medical conditions.
We work closely with medical experts. We love discussing improvements and figuring out the best solutions together. We also believe that clear and honest communication is what helps us thrive.
Our team is making some of the most significant decisions for the company. We are conscious of the challenge we face and take full responsibility for everything we do. That’s why we double-check every new feature, do code reviews, and write automated tests.
Our goal is to create the most accurate inference engine in the world. To make this happen, we need your help.
Employment types and salary ranges for this role:
- B2B: 17 000 zł - 24 000 zł nett + VAT
- Contract of employment: 14 000 zł - 19 000 zł gross
Next Steps
Interview steps
1. A short call with selected candidates. It would take about 1 hour.
2. Technical interview with Head of Development.
3. Technical interview with R&D engineers.
These would be done remotely. During the process, we would like to also better understand your experience, expectations, and motivation.
