Job description

Your role We are looking for an experienced Lead SDR who will lead, facilitate and accelerate the work of the SDR team. Commercially we are focused on healthcare and insurance companies, particularly telemedicine, healthcare providers, and payors. Enterprise sales background, account-based approach, and previous experience in digital healthcare companies would be extremely important in this position. 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • A proven track record of top performance (in this position we expect efficiency and delivering measurable results).
  • An excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • The combination of high entrepreneurship, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills would be extremely helpful to succeed in this role (you shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty - if you see problems, own them and find a solution for them).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Interest in the process of scaling technology startup and willingness to create, adjust and execute processes in the high-growth environment.
  • Team management experience - you will lead a fully-remote international SDR team located in different countries and time zones (experience scaling from 5 to 20 people would be an asset).
  • Experience working with healthcare clients such as clinics, hospital systems, providers, insurers, pharma companies, and governments.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and leading SDR tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Apollo, etc.
  • Some additional skills that would help

  • Experience working with API-first products and excitement about the potential of AI-based technology.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Responsibilities

  • Creating, implementing, and executing the account-based sales development strategy (you will set a variety of processes and sales targets from scratch, and start expansion to new global markets).
  • Acting as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams (also collaborating with those teams on strategic sales approach).
  • Managing SDR team results, hiring, and training.
  • Developing and testing new lead generation strategies.
  • Developing and testing the most efficient process of educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Supporting sales executives in meetings and follow-up of current opportunities.
  • Representing the company at fairs and conferences.
