Job description

We are looking for a seasoned and data-driven Growth Marketing leader to join and lead our Growth Team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with our in-house marketing and sales teams and external outbound agency, the Growth Lead will lead development, execution, measurement and optimization of our B2B enterprise acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience leading high-performing teams, and they are passionate about driving lead generation and nurturing activities to generate pipeline and fulfill our revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute and optimize our acquisition efforts to achieve marketing and sales goals
  • Lead a team of specialists (performance, demand gen, ABM, nurturing) to push company acquisition strategy to the next level
  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, and aligning internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations)
  • Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, external outbound agency, and sales team to acquire and nurture leads, gain insights and close the loop
  • Lead experimentation process to test out different messaging, value propositions, channels, tactics, and target groups
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and goal progress to the executive team
  • Synthesize insights into learning and drive strategic discussions to improve our go-to-market strategy
  • Be a leader who coaches, supports, listens to, and inspires others
  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise acquisition, and 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success hitting aggressive pipeline targets
  • Experience managing PPC, email, nurturing, affiliate, partnership, and other campaigns
  • Deep understanding of the marketing-sales funnel and SDR processes
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to not only analyze campaigns but design best practices for performance management and forecasting
  • Track record of collaborating across teams. Ability to effectively partner with sales, product, business intelligence, finance, and executive teams
  • Experience working with PR, outbound, and product marketing teams - with a full understanding of their KPIs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • Self-starter; ability to spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership
  • Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
