Job description

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our product team, who is committed to the principles of customer-centricity, outcomes focus and rapid iteration.

You’ll own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, as part of an empowered cross-functional team. You’ll establish a cadence of continuous discovery to identify and validate unmet customer and user needs. You’ll translate these into outcomes that allow you to maximize the impact of the team. You’ll use a variety of methods in discovery and delivery that help you to learn fast and iterate on your solutions.
You’ll also play a key role in defining the product culture of the company and continuously improving our product practices and processes.

You’ll own the product domain of clinical validation of our system - the data, metrics, tools and processes required to ensure the accuracy of our Medical Knowledge Base and AI engine. Our products are developed in a data-driven, empirical manner. What makes a fuel for innovation and improvement is high-quality clinical cases and test data curated by our clinicians and data scientists. Another key ingredient is development of tools that use test cases to simulate a patient’s journey through our products. Last but not least, proper metrics and statistical point of view is necessary to turn numbers into insights.

Your main goal will be to make validation of our system more reliable, driving the volume and quality of test cases to the next level, amongst other topics. You’ll work across multiple teams who develop the core of our platform, collaborating with data scientists and researchers, doctors, engineers, designers, QAs and more to achieve the goal.
