Job description

You will work as a part of our in-house People & Culture team, which will give you a real impact on how the company is growing. You will be responsible for designing and executing a top-notch onboarding experience, and you will have a lot of space for your initiatives and professional development.


  • Shaping, improving, and managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
  • Being the first point of contact after accepting the job proposal by the candidate
  • Leading onboarding meetings and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conducting onboarding follow-ups and stay-interviews.
  • Working on creating the best onboarding standards, procedures, and tools to provide an outstanding employee experience. 
  • Analyzing feedback after the onboarding.
  • Managing welcome packs project (supporting in designing, contact with suppliers, managing shipments, etc.).
  • Implementing long and mid-term onboarding strategies to retain talents in the organization. 
  • Designing of internal communication of newbies.
  • Shaping the culture of the company.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in general HR - the best would be to manage onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work on data and implement improvements and automatizations within the processes - you would be a drive for a change.
  • Fluent Polish and at least C1 in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must,
  • Familiarity with labor law - you would have to keep an eye on compliance with the law.
  • Perfect time and task organization – you will be handling many hirings at the same time (within Poland and abroad), so you need to be organized,
  • Ease in relations management and communication – you would make strong relationships and enjoy leading onboarding meetings.
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic environment – seriously, we are rapidly (!) growing, so you have to be flexible - there will be no time to get bored.

  • Interview Steps

  • An interview with selected candidates. It would take about 1 hour.
  • A recruitment task as homework. You would have 3 days to do the task in the most comfortable time.
  • Then you will meet our Head of People & Culture and the Team.
  • In the third and final one, you will meet our COO.
  • If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
