Job description

We are looking for a skilled and talented Sales Manager to help us grow and define the right and successful business development strategy in the US region. If you are interested in digital healthcare and you’d like to have a hand in intelligent product business development, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Creating and monitoring sales & SDR strategies and processes
  • Co-developing a go-to-market strategy with a focus on the DACH market
  • Co-developing a pricing strategy for EMEA markets
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer/prospects’ needs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
  • Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably at a digital health company (telemedicine, EHR, CRM, etc.)
  • A solid history of data-driven business development
  • Experience in selling healthcare or medical insurance products to enterprises
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries in the US region
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Native (preferred) or native-level English language skills
  • Network of Healthcare executives in the US
