Job description

We are looking for a Partner Program Marketing Manager with a passion for building and nurturing partnerships, as well as driving enablement and adoption through the entire Partner Program lifecycle. The Partner Program Marketing Manager will report to Infermedica’s Product Marketing Lead and will work across multiple internal teams (Partner, Product, Marketing, CS, Sales, and Design), as well as directly with our clients’ teams, to drive lead acquisition, product positioning and adoption, and data-driven product decisions. They will also help develop new partnerships, manage campaigns, create partner-facing materials, collaborate on PR activities, and be the central source of information and point of contact for partners and the marketing team.

This is an opportunity to work with all of Infermedica’s solutions in support of health systems, insurance companies, telehealth companies, patients, and technology partners across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Market & product positioning: Play a lead role in elevating joint Infermedica and partner messaging and positioning, and build strategic programs, content, and campaigns to help secure new partnerships, and enable our partners to effectively resell our solutions.
  • Content creation: Develop partner-facing materials to support the go-to-market strategy and enable partners (i.e.: emails, landing pages, web copy, value props, use cases, case studies, testimonials, sales training, product sheets, presentations, press releases, social media posts, blog articles, videos, webinars, and more).
  • Partner marketing strategy and execution: Establish co-marketing plans with partners and communication strategies for internal and external audiences. Develop clear and differentiated messaging, nurturing content and campaigns, and coordinate internal efforts to support and increase partner engagement, understanding, and adoption. This includes helping to facilitate the expansion of our core offerings with partner solutions.
  • Develop internal Partner Program materials: learn about partners’ offerings and build a library of promotional materials for our sales and cs teams to help enhance our offer with partner solutions.
  • Partner Program adoption and scale: Design, build and execute partner marketing programs (both with-partner co-marketing and to-partner marketing) with an eye for scale as we continue to build the Infermedica’s Partner Program. Continually explore new ways to improve the purchase funnel across all touchpoints (campaigns, events, outbound, etc).
  • Community management: Support the Partner team in creating, managing, and growing a community of partners, exchanging knowledge, and actively proposing initiatives that will scale our partnerships.
  • Reporting and ROI: Measure, optimize and report on program metrics; present results to key stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing and building global partner marketing strategies and programs
  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic and technology partners with a global footprint
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations in a transparent manner
  • Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to maximize results
  • Patience, strategic thinking, and long-distance planning in building relationships with partners
  • Willingness to work across multiple departments and collaborate to achieve company and team goals
  • Ability to work between technical, product, and commercial teams
  • Excelling at cross-functional teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving
  • Being a motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and global environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Superb project management skills and the ability to effectively manage and deliver in a timely manner both short-term and long-term strategic projects
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills; German skills would be a plus
  • Being a results-driven and proactive person with a consistent record of scaling company growth through partner management strategies
  • Beneficial skills

  • Previous experience related to health IT or the healthcare industry in general
  • Previous experience with full marketing funnel ownership 
  • Experience with Jira, HubSpot, and remote teams
