Job description

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be responsible for opportunity creation in North America. Sales pipeline development and impactful conversations are key metrics associated with this role. You will manage inbound leads, demo requests and execute outbound phone call/email/social campaigns to develop sales-qualified leads and opportunities. You will also work with the direct sales team to ensure the smooth transition of opportunities that are sales qualified. This is a growth role with the opportunity to advance into direct sales or other areas of the company.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on contacts generated from marketing events, campaigns, webinars, etc.
  • Outbound contact with "intent targets" via phone, email, and social to drive pipeline development.
  • Keep CRM system up to date and track outreach activities via Hubspot.
  • Interact and coordinate with our marketing team and Account Executives to ensure proper follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our offerings, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • What you’ll need

  • High energy, self-starter with a strong desire for a career in sales and or marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge/experience with CRM and SDR technologies such as Apollo, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Thirst for learning and lots of grit.
